Peacefully, at Ninewells Hospital, on August 10th 2026, Douglas Robb Smith, aged 80 years.
A loving and devoted husband of Julia, father of Alistair, Claire, the late Lianne, John, Julie, Tracey and Paul, a father in law to Blake, Janice and Courtney, and a grumpy grandad and great grandad, who will be sadly missed.
A funeral service and celebration of Douglasβs life will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Monday, August 24th at 1.30pm, to which all family and friends are warmly invited.
Those attending are invited to wear a touch of tartan, if they so wish.
Family flowers only, please.
