Burial funerals
If you are
considering burial.
We can arrange a funeral with your chosen cemetery. Cemetery charges are additional and depend on the cemetery, residency and any lair required.
We will confirm these charges and give you a full written estimate.

What the burial prices cover
Direct Burial: £1,245 professional arrangements and £195 local collection, totalling £1,440. This is a burial without an attended service, including the standard coffin, care, cemetery arrangements and transfer to the cemetery.
Simple: professional arrangements, local collection, care, the standard wood-effect coffin, viewing by appointment, hearse or appropriate vehicle and attended burial arrangements. Your family arranges flowers and orders of service independently, if wanted.
Bespoke: professional arrangements, local collection, care, viewing by appointment, hearse or appropriate vehicle and attended burial arrangements. A £400 coffin allowance is already included. We can coordinate your chosen additions at additional cost; for a coffin over £400, only the difference is added.
An officiant or celebrant can be added to an attended funeral, typically £200–£250. Cemetery, interment and any lair charges are additional to all three options. Starting prices assume collection within 15 miles during normal working hours.

Included hearse transport is normally within 20 miles of our premises. Longer journeys, other collection locations, non-standard coffin sizes, embalming, specialist transport and additional venues are quoted individually.
For Bespoke funerals, optional additions include family limousines at £330 each, selected floral sprays from £200, and orders of service at £30 setup plus £1 per copy. Other options and charges are listed in our full price list.
