It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas โTamโ Cargill, aged 70 years, on Thursday the 9th of July 2026.
Tam passed away suddenly, surrounded by his loving family, at Ninewells Hospital, Ward 32.
Beloved husband of Jackie, much-loved father of Jacqueline and Kevin, devoted Granda to Shael, Evianne, Hamish and Callum, and proud Great-Granda to Morgan and Ben. Also a dear brother, brother in-law and friend to many.
Funeral will be held privately at Tams request.
We will see you on the dark side of the moon.
Robert Johnson

With great sadness, the family share the passing of Robert โBobโ Johnson, who peacefully passed away surrounded by family at Monkbarns in Arbroath on July 1st 2026.
Bob was a much loved husband to Mary, a dearly loved Dad to Lesley and Colin and father-in-law to Lesley, and a loving grandad to Kayleigh, Ronan, Shonia, Cara, Alana and Sam. He was well known within the local community as founder of R.J.Johnson Refrigeration and, in his retirement, was an active member of Abbey Bowling Club.
As per Bobโs wishes, there will be no public service. The family thank everyone for their understanding during this difficult time.
The family would like to thank Bill Ewing for his fundraiser for Bob. Donations will be split equally between Chest, Heart and Stroke Scotland and The Air Ambulance.

Peacefully, at Seatongrove Care Home, on 11th July, Jane, aged 94 years.
Jane was a remarkable lady who showed tremendous strength, resilience and determination throughout her life, qualities she carried with dignity and grace right to the very end. A devoted and loving mother to her sons, Steven and Richard, and a much-loved mother to her late sons, Micheal and Philip, who predeceased her.
A treasured granny to Marc, David, Kerry, Susan, Renee and Nick and to all the great grandchildren, a cherished sister, aunt, and loyal friend to many, and of course a beloved grandma to Blue the dog. Jane touched the lives of all who knew her with her chatter, stories, kindness, warmth and unwavering spirit, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends and all whose lives she enriched.
The family would like to thank the staff of Seatongrove Care Home for their care, compassion and support shown to Jane during her time there.

Peacefully at Arbroath Infirmary, on May 6th 2026, surrounded by thoughts and love of those closest to him, Charles Robb. A much-loved brother, former husband, and loyal friend to many.
Charles had a great love for motorbikes and the freedom of the open road, he will be remembered fondly for his stories, his spirit and the many memories shared with family and friends over the years.
Despite going their separate ways, Charles and his ex-wife Joan remained the very best of friends, continuing to share a strong bond, care, and respect for one another right up to the end. Charles will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A funeral service will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium on Wednesday May 20th 2026 at 12:30pm, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited . No flowers please however donations, if desired can be made in memory of Charles to MacMillian Cancer Support.
