With the respect of the family’s wishes, it is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Graeme Rogers (aged 64) at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on Monday 8th December 2025. A loving husband to Kim, father to Michaela and Drew, and best friend to Benji, the family dog.
A funeral service will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Tuesday 23rd December at 11:30am. Family and friends are respectfully invited.

Peacefully at home, on Saturday, 6th December 2025, Isabella Ford (Issy, Née McGlashan). Loving mum to Tracy Michael the late Brian and Mark. Doting gran to Stacy, Chayne, Damian, Jordon, Mikey, Lochlan, Amy and Craig. Adored great granny to Kennedi, Reid, Lilly, Jake, Ben, Holly, Willow, Max, Charlie and Denny. A Cherished mother-in-law to Phil and Mandy. A special auntie and a good friend to many.
A funeral service and celebration of life will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Monday, December 22nd at 11.30am, to which all are warmly invited. Family flowers only, please. Donations may be made at the Crematorium to Alzihemers UK.

Peacefully, with her family, on Sunday 7th December 2025, Marnie Jane. A loving and much loved wife to Andrew. It is with great sadness that the family of Graeme Cameron announce his sudden passing at Barrow-in-Furness Hospital, England, on Thursday, 6th November 2025, aged 65 years.
Beloved son of Margaret, loving dad to Vikki, Mandy and Kris, cherished grandfather to Kai, Skye and Isla, and a dear friend to many. A celebration of his life will be held at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Tuesday, 25th November, at 10:30am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Peacefully, at home, in the early hours of Saturday 25thOctober 2025, aged 69, with his wife Laura by his side.
Husband to Laura, father of Gordon, Derek and the late Hazel, a grandad and step grandad as well as a friend to many. Davy will be deeply missed.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday 5th November at 2:30pm at Parkgrove Crematorium, to which all family and friends are warmly invited.

A funeral service will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Thursday, 6th November 2025, at 2.30pm to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. After the service, the family extends a warm invitation to the Letham Bowling Club for refreshments.

Oliver (Arbroath) Peacefully, with family by her side, at Roxburghe House, Dundee, on Wednesday, September 24 2025, Karen Oliver, aged 58 years. Karen will be remembered for the kindness, warmth and love she gave so freely to those around her. Though she will be deeply missed, the memories she leaves behind will remain with her At Karen’s request, her funeral will be private.

Beloved wife to Derek, cherished mother to Vhairi, Sean and Derek, much-loved granny to Claire, Abbi, Murray, Jay, Ben, Joey, Blaire and Jorgie, and proud great-granny to Rylee and Harrison. Blackie (Forfar) It is with great sadness we share that George (Geordie) Blackie passed away peacefully at home on Friday, 12th September 2025. A funeral service to celebrate Geordie’s life will be held at Parkgrove Crematorium on Friday, 26th September at 12.30 p.m. All who knew and loved Geordie are warmly invited to join us.
John Syme
Syme (Inverarity)
It is with great sadness we share the passing of John Syme, of Mill of Inverarity Farm. John passed away peacefully, in the excellent care of Storyville House, Kirriemuir, on Monday 25th August, 2025, aged 82.
He was the beloved husband of the late Louise Syme (née Watson), and in later years, loving husband of Maureen. A devoted dad to Alison, father-in-law to Robert, proud papa to Vicky, Rory and Tom, and a much-loved great papa to Sophie and Freddie.
A funeral and celebration of John’s life will be held at Parkgrove Crematorium, on Thursday, 4th August, at 3.30 p.m., to which all family and friends are respectfully invited. Following the service, you are warmly invited to join the family for refreshments at Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort.
John will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
George Hughes
Janis, Fiona and David Hughes invite everyone to join them to celebrate and remember George Hughes. A service will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium on Wednesday 10th September 2025, at 3:30pm. Refreshments will follow at Gayfield Football Stadium, where all are welcome. Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received at the rematorium for Dundee Bairns, CLIC Sargent (Scotland), and Play Alloa.
John Strachan
Strachan (Brechin) Peacefully, at Roxburghe House, on Wednesday 20th August 2025, John (Jock), aged 97.
A dearly loved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Jock brought kindness, warmth, and a gentle sense of humour to everyone who knew him. He will be remembered for his love of family, his generosity, and the joy he shared in everyday moments.
Although the funeral will be private, in keeping with the family’s wishes, Jock’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Jake was a caring figure to many and a true friend to all who had the privilege of knowing him. His laughter, kindness, and unwavering love for his family will be forever cherished and deeply missed.

Loving wife of the late Raymond, devoted mum to Kevin, cherished Granny to Lauren and Aleisha, mother-in-law to Wijji, dear sister to Jean and the late Kathryn and Elizabeth, special Auntie of Sheila and Stacey, and a friend to many. Sheila will be sadly missed by all who knew her. A funeral service to celebrate Sheila’s life will take place at Parkgrove Crematorium, Friockheim, on Wednesday 13th August 2025 at 12.30pm.

A special sister to Janette, Sheena, Peter and Andrew, and a caring auntie, friend, and respected colleague to so many. Susan will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
